| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle was coming out of parking lot barely doing 1mph. vehicle went over a 3 inch high curb, and as soon as the tires touched the ground, air bags deployed. passenger's air bag broke windshield, and driver hit his arm, cutting it. dealer, where it was purchased from, stated it was serviced for air bag. consumer contacted salesman at the dealership where purchased , but has not gotten a call back. consumer spoke with the service department, and was told vehicle was never serviced for the air bag. mechanic in the service department stated that radiator support must have been hit in order for the air bag to go off.*ak *jb |
