Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Received recall 93e039000. contacted dealership, and had fuel tank switch repaired. however, remedy failed. contacted dealer, and mechanic wanted to charge consumer for replacement of fuel pumps on both tanks.*ak consumer states he had already paid for the replacement of the fuel tank and selector switch, he found out about the recall and took the vehicle to the dealer, they replaced it again and charged the manufacturer for parts even though consumer had already had them replaced, the problem is still occurring and dealer stated consumer needed to replace both fuel pumps at 1150 dollars, consumer has had all repairs except the replacement of the front fuel tank made by a napa authorized dealer. *slc
