Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While driving 30 mph ball joints broke from vehicle with no prior warning. consumer lost control of vehicle and hit another vehicle, left front side was damaged, contacted dealer and dealer told consumer it was a defective part. gmc would not be responsible for damages.*ak consumer also states airbags did not deploy, the upper control arm ball joint is what failed, when consumers vehicle was involved in the accident, the abs sensor and the outside mirror were replaced.*jb
