| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Certain rental companies are renting vans without properly notifying the customer that they require diesel fuel. this can result (and has resulted in my case) in filling up with gas, and suddenly losing locomotion on a busy highway, causing hazards to all in the area. there should be a requirement that the driver be properly notified of the need for diesel fuel. please do not refer me to the better business bureau, since they cannot require rental companies in general to do certain things. |
