| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle was purchased in 07/01. consumer advised while driving, noticed vehicle would intermittently lose traction on dry pavement. once inclement weather arrived(i.e. rain, light snow), noticed traction control turns on/off erratically causing wheels to slide, especially when vehicle is on a slight to major incline. when on an incline, consumer has to let vehicle slide backward to more level ground before it will accelerate. vehicle has been checked by dealer who has been unable to duplicate or determine cause. consumer is concerned that dealer did not attempt to duplicate problem in "like" conditions i.e. rain or light snow on an incline. ts |
