| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Several problems involving 36' 5th wheel cardinal by forest river. *mr the shackles were broken on the right rear axle, the shackles were all loose on both sides and caused the plate to rub the tire which had blown out, there was awning which was not usable when the consumer pulled out straight, the back window leaked, the large slides would stick and was hard to bring in, and the 12-volt system was not working, was repaired, and a week later it failed again. the consumer requested a refund of the repair costs. *scc *jb |
