| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Door lock buzzing and failure to unlock door. occasionally door will not open from the inside until the electric lock is toggled a few times and then the manual button is pulled up. often times the button will not pull up unless the electric switch is toggled first. i have exited car on occasion to have the door still be locked when i attempt to open it (door should unlock upon opening from inside). talked to dealer and dealer stated it was due to "possibly playing with the locks by my children" first failure occurred less then one year after purchase. *la |
