| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Cotsco car seat straps cause problems. they constantly twist and it is very difficult to keep the 5 point harness where it is supposed to sit. when contacting cotsco they will send out new straps but they are the same kind and the same issue follows. i happen to have the eddie bauer one, but from talking to mom's it's a problem in almost all of their seats. |
