| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My nissan quest(2000 model) had paint chips on the hood after a year when the car was purchased. when we related the problem to the dealer the company inspector came out to tell us the car was just repainted and said they couldn't do anything about it and to make matters worse they didn't even have a record that the car was repainted! i was so outraged that they had the gall to lie to me! basically the car's paint was marred and it wasn't even ten years after the car was bought, and they still did nothing. i wish to warn other nissan drivers that the customer service is unreliable and should not be relied upon. that is all.*ak |
