| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Accelerator sticks in an unpredictable manner that can cause the vehicle to lurch forward. the vehcile is especially difficult to control in wet or icy conditions. it appears i will need to have the throttle body cleaned. this vehicle has the same engine and drive train as the nissan quest which had a recall for this repair. the dealer was contacted (they sell both nissan & mercury vehicles) and he indicated the recall was only for the quest. *la |
