| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was not happy with the brakes. took vehicle to the dealer, and was told there was nothing wrong. then, took vehicle somewhere else, and was told the brakes looked brand new, test drove the vehicle. and found that the brakes were really defective. had the master cylinder and hydraulic booster replaced in order for the brakes to function. contacted work horse, and was told that i warranty expired, and will not do anything.*ak. brakes were resurfaced and are now normal. consumer is asking a reimbursement from manufacturer. *ak |
