| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2001 pontiac grand prix gt, 4 door. on three separate occasions the motor on the automatic windows has gone out on three different windows. all three times the motor was replaced by a pontiac dealership. the last time was november 2004 and the warranty was expired. because this was an ongoing problem i fought the $500 bill with the dealership and eventually gm fixed the window at no cost to me. a friend of mine has a government issued pontiac, same year, make & model. she has had two window motors replaced. *jb |
