| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I had an abs service repair by a dealer done on 12-10-2002 on my 1999 isuzu rodeo vehicle and the part that was replaced was a modulator for the abs sensor. last monday, 04-18-05, there was a recall that another dealer advised me to be serviced on the same nature of problem. afterwards, i've called the isuzu manufacturer's office and told them about my problem and i've pleaded if they can reimburse me on the first service repair that was done on my abs. they turned me down. i wish to bring them to the court but i was adviced if i can ask your good office to please investigate if my claims can be validated by yours. thanks. *jb |
