| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: gm's abs system. the consumer had to disconnect the abs system in vehicle because of them continuously running. this had been disconnected for the past two years because with the abs system. the road and weather conditions were hard and salty. this is in maine. consumer keeps having a dead battery, and back end has swung around because she can't use the abs system, because it has been disconnected. if the abs system was not disconnected the vehicle would have a dead battery. consumer contacted gm, and filed complaint twice. they responded by saying "good luck". consumer even suggested that gm send a new brake system by mail, and they would install personally. consumer has not received a response.*ak |
