Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2003 model jeep grand cherokee overland shakes at high speeds when braking approximately every 9,000 miles. dealer replaced front brake rotors and pads at 9300 and 18,000 miles. now vehicle has 24,000 miles, it shakes when braking again at high speeds and dealer states it is out of warranty. they may or may not repair the brakes this time. brake rotors should not need to be replaced every 9,000 miles. the excessive shaking caused by the defective brake system could cause serious personal injury to occupants of the vehicle or others who are on the road.
