Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Consumer owns a 2001 apache horse slant trailer, and recently acquired a second horse and started using tie rings on the back of trailer. as consumer saddled her horse, and while tied to the trailer, he started to paw the ground(lifting its foot in air), when he brought his foot down he severely cut himself across a sharp edge of the panel which is located at the back of trailer(shown on attached sheet)the horse may still be healing. but cunsumer feels the the cut is due to a flaw on the trailer. consumer is concerned that all trailers may have this defect and should have failed qc. (please see vet bill) consumer has not been able to ride her horse. consumer expects the company to correct the panel/add plastic cover, area is dangerous and reimbursment of vet fees. (there is a time limit posted and company is given a 15 day reply notice/consumer will take further action if no answer) *scc
