Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Law offices of lane ferdinand is writing on behalf of mr. steeg as notification of an accident in which the clutch cable bracket released from the holder because the small metal keeper tab which is intended to secure the end of the clutch cable to the clutch assembly, simply bent open allowing the cable to release from its attachment causing the operator to lose control of the vehicle which was in motion at 25 mph. the ensuing vehicle crash resulted in damaged to the vehicle and injured rider. information gathered since the accident indicates that this problem has occurred to other owners of the same model motorcycle.
