| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer was on the driveway of personal residence with all seat belts secured when both the driver/passenger side airbags deployed. there was a loud explosion. the engine shut down, there were no power features working, and the horn was blowing continuously. the dashboard was blown up from the force of the airbags and the front windshield was severely smashed from the force of the dashboard. the consumer was driving and his arms were burned from the airbag on the driver side, consumers his wife hit her head on the passenger side window. (consumers wife suffered from a temporary hearing loss in left ear, and neck pain/headaches) *scc |
