| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle experienced a flat tire, the tire was replace with the spare that came with the vehicle and the lug nuts with the original tire, it appears that the spare tire uses different size lug nuts than the original wheel, as a result of using the incorrect lug nuts the brakes were damaged, there are no labels or warnings in the pocket guide stating to use the addition lug nuts provided when using the spare tire. nlm |
