Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I purchased a gm certified 2000 pontiac bonneville in may 2002. since that time i have had to replace 3 window regulators in the vehicle, one for the drivers door and one each for the back doors. this seems to be quite excessive for a vehicle that is only 5 years old & has less than 80k miles on it. further, i have a small child so i can count on one hand the number of times that i have lowered the rear windows. i am confident that this is not a wear-and-tear issue, since i have replaced both regulators with gm parts and as i stated seldom roll the windows down. i have noted an approximate date for the first incident below. the most recent replacement was in august 2005.*jb
