Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated the rear window defroster did not work after multiple repairs. the wire continually became detached from the window. every time the vehicle was taken to the dealership for repairs they reattached the wire. the defroster had not worked for the past year. the dealer determined that the rear window should be replaced to correct the problem. this has not been done due to the excessive expense. *ak
