Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: subject* ses cover-up by infiniti? comments* cust states the service engine soon warning light is illuminated 1 the problem originated on june 27, 2002 16,068-odo-mileage actions taken work ordered warranty active p0140 rear o2 sensor has excessive high voltage after further research i gained knowledge of an infiniti september 6, 2001 service bulletin classification ec01 024 reference itb01 052 2000 01 130 mil on?? with dtc p1320 and or spark knock detonation due to ignition coil s substitution of the computer would be a good diagnostic tool unfortunately because the programming is specific to each engine transmission combination and because it a pricey electrical part this is just not done. so they will check on a dvm or scope at the leads of both sensors mentioned to see if everything is on the up and up from the computer. if so, replacing the sensors would be the likely next step. i was not properly informed of the pre existing condition with the 2000-01 i30s i was not allowed to have any input in this recall and or subsequent slow deterioration within these vital controlling electrical parts. perception of a cover up is being fought by me i am requesting a retroactive review back to june 27, 2002 of this matter under my new research material i am furious that i was no??t granted the common courteous in 2002 of being informed are there more undisclosed situations that i am not aware of? had i known in 2002 what i know today i would have filed a complaint and or an inquiry. that way i would not have lost my expiration date of filing and would be on record instead of filing in 2005 06 i am perceiving this in that manner holding such crucial information from a consumer is not fair nor justice for consumers under what lawful writings forbid consumers of such crucial information only a home is above this expenditure ggkilbuck@bellsouth.net. send your dilemma to me! *nm
