| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The power locks stopped working approximately a year after i purchased the vehicle. at first i thought it was the remote start changed battery, then the toggle switches inside the truck that control the locks also stopped working. contacting my local ford dealer and was told there was no recall on the truck. a friend of mine also has a 2000 ford excursion with the same problem. the locks have not been fixed because i was told they would have to do a diagnostic test before they can do anything. i would be responsible for the cost of that test. *nm |
