| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have now had to replace the motor mounts on my 1995 jeep cherokee 3 times in 4 years. each time i was driving less than 40 mph and on paved roads in good condition. fortunately, no injuries have occurred at this point, but the possiblilty is there. i have contacted the nhtsa site which contains many other reports (<100) of this exact same problem occurring to other people, in many cases happening multiple times like my case. there is obviously a design flaw that is casuing this problem.*ak |
