| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The head lamps on this vehicle are unacceptable. the amount of light discharged from the lamp is extremely low and ineffective. driving during non-light hours is dangerous and hazardous. it is very difficult to see pedestrians, and other objects in the road. i am filing this report with hopes that the problem may be adjusted by possibly upgrading the lighting system used on the vehicles. thank-you for your time and understanding of this matter.*ak |
