| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ford has stopped installing splash shield (p/n fsvy*8327*a) under motor of crown victoria. this causes the fan belt to come off when it is raining. car loses all accessories including power steering/ alternator, and water pump. car can not be driven over 4 blocks due to overheating. this will place elderly people on side of road in rain (or they will crash because they will not be able to turn the car without power steering). *ak |
