| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Significant sidewall failure at 70mph. cadillac onstar directed us to sears in columbia tn, which replaced tire with no charge. on inspection, the no steel wires were found in the sidewall, even though specs call for them ("sb-r"). am very concerned about the safety of the remaining 3 tires, as well as the one new one. i took digital close-up pictures of tire, and can forward them by e-mail. michelin had no recommendations, other than to say they would call me if they got the tire in for quality analysis. what should i do ?*ak (tiresize: p225/60r-1) |
