Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: We are the second owners of this vehicle. based on all service records the transmission in this vehicle has been repaired twice, and is now broken again. each time there is a problem it seems to be almost exactly two years later. in the 2nd instance it was 1 yr and 3 months after repair that the transmission required major work again. it appears from the testimony of many other owners of the same vehicle that this problem is widespread and should be considered a flaw in the design of the transmission. we are overall quite happy with this vehicle however this type or re-occuring problem is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the time frame. we intend to seek assistance and/or compensation with regards to this re-occuring problem. any additional information on this subject would be greatly appreciated.*ak
