Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Very snowy conditions in killington, vermont. revving the engine to try and get traction. sparks and fumes emitted from the wiring that connects the wire to the rear defroster. eventually, the wire came detached, making the rear defroster both inoperable and a fire/health hazard. a useless rear defroster means a useless rear window. no direct backwards visibility other than the outside rearview mirrors.
