| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: As i was driving my minivan i suddenly lost all capability of steering. i was making a left hand turn and my steering wheel locked and i ended up driving up into a yard. i feel it is dangerous for the entire steering mechanism to seize up like that. if i would have been in alot of traffic our family could have been killed. as far as i know, this van has never been involved in any type of accident before. the mechanic said the rack, the coil in the steering column and the power steering pump all failed at the same time. nlm |
