| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have not expierenced a failure to my car (except that the drive train had to be replaced before 50,000 miles). i am sending this info. because i discovered that there had been a recall(nhtsa campaign #99v124000). i want to find a dealer in or near my area to replace and install a "new speed control deactivation switch and connector shell) my car was bought from a used car auto sales place.,not an actual mercury dealer. can you please advise me on how to proceed in having this defect to my car repaired? your help and guidence is appreciated. sincerely, mrs.
