Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: There is apparently an ongoing problem with gm/chevrolet windshield wiper motor circuit board failure. the wipers have an intermittent problem that has left us several times in pouring rain only to have the wipers fail. there is an alldata recall notice# 98v15001 regarding chevy pickups and light trucks, but my local dealer refuses to deal with this for less than $200 of my money, and thats with an extended, so-called "gold coverage" warranty. what can i do?*ak
