Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When the 'engine check light appears on my dashboard of the van the first time, i took the van back to the dealer 'anderson chevrolet' for resolving the problem. unfortunately, after the 1st attempt was done by the service department, the light still appears on the dashboard. when i took my van back to the dealer the 2nd time, the sales agent called steve glass responded pretty rude and he even said, "go ahead not to pay! (monthly car payments)" what a shame is this is a brand new van that i purchased, how in the world that the car dealer can deny any failures of my van?! i am very upset as my 6 to 7 friends purchased vehicles from the same dealership, they treated me quite irreponsibly and unfairly! since it is the engine problem and may cause further damages potentially, i really have no other choices but demanding a replacement of the exact same van that i purchased. thank you very much!*ak |
