| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Drivers side seat feels loose. upon starting and stopping, the seat "rocks" forward and backward and seems to feel unsturdy. i have brought this to the service dept. attention on more than one occasion. their response was, " we've done all we can, we don't know what else to do!" what they did do, ( i assume) is tighten the various nuts and bolts that hold the seat to the chassis. that did not fix the problem. i phoned the jaguar customer complaint dept., and advised them of this problem. they told me an area rep will contact me. after many calls, i have yet to hear from anybody. please help me since i am concerned a loose seat poses a real hazard in the event of a crash. |
