| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Within 500 mile span, had 4 catasphrophic sidewall blowouts on 4 of the 6 tires phoned the manufacturer who seemed less than eager to assist i have a memo outlining all the details (dates, locations, etc.) i consider this a serious problem. only quick reflexes and strength held the vehicle on the road when one of the two front blowouts occurred. the other front was replaced before it was allowed to fail. the vehicle was weighed almost 2000 pounds under maximum gross vehicle weight, single previous owner has 30+ years experience as rver and i am former aircraft maintenance officer we understand preventive maintenance and proper tire inflation.*ak |
