| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Two weeks from this date i was driving down the road and had a blowout on the drivers side rear tire. took tire to good year dealer they said it was a tire defect and they would only pro-rate the tire. two days ago from today the passenger side rear tire is now cracking. good year dealer said it was another defective tire and that it is a problem with good year tires on these size and models. need a safety recall on these tires and free replacement before someone dies. the tires are crackeing and spliting along the base on the rim. crack is about 8" - 12" long.*ak |
