| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On 14jun02 i replaced the original equipment tires with new ones. at that time i was informed that there was something wrong with my van. i was shown where the original equipment rotor ,on the left front tire, was too large a diameter for the wheels. the tire had to be forced off and on. since i had the tires rotated both wheels were now warped. in forcing the t he wheels onto the rotor, the lugs appeared to be damaged. they also told me that an inordinate amount of weights had to be used to try to balance the wheels. i believe that this can be a problem and since this is all original equipment, i believe dodge should take responsibility. i contacted dodge and was told that this was my problem. i don't know what other defects may be associated with this defect. thanks for all the help you can provide.*ak |
