| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Airconditioner blows out hot air. the dealer has attempted to fix the problem 3 times. the dealer stated nissan sent a service manager to look at the problem. my nissan file # is 3820186 and 3832797. nissan now states nothing is wrong with my vehicle, they wrote on the work order the following procedure , " roll down the windows use manuel air and do not start out using rear air, put a/c on # 2 setting. vehicle operating as per design". the nissan dealer further told me to drive around until it starts blowing out cool air then use the system as normal. sometime that procedure works, sometimes i've been 2 miles from home without the a/c working. when i told nissan customer service that this was unacceptable they told me that this happens to many different types of vechiles in nevada. also they worked on the car for about 17 days total.*ak |
