Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was driving, at about 35mph, when the driver side, rear sliding door window exploded! just exploded, all over my 13 yr. old daughter! she was covered in glass, and thank heaven, she turned her head away, just as it blew! when the responding officer came, he said that, just 2 weeks earlier, the exact same thing happened, with another minivan! how can this happen? if, my daughter had not turned her head, the glass would have gone right into her eyes! i am furious! luckily, she only had pinhole punctures, from the glass splinters! it could have been a whole lot more serious! my children do not want to ride in this, or any other minivan!! what can i do?? thank you!! ellie. ak |
