| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Air condirtioner blower regulator went out. when i called to find out the price of the part, the sales person informed me that they did not make that particular model # for the part that i needed because they were having so many problems with it. they have a new part that they are replacing the old part for. i personally believe that if they are having so much difficulty with that part then they should recall it. i can not believe that the air conditioner does not work in a 5 year old car. especially a mercedes-benz. this is suppose to be one of the top cars in america. am i right or wrong? please give me some solid advice as to what i should do. thank you.*ak |
