Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We followed the manufactuers certification label inside the drivers door for the correct psi for all 4 tires. the certification label indicated 26psi front and 30psi rear. we tested the tires on a montly basis and kept the tire pressure as indicated. when i went in for an oil change i wanted them to check the tires because they where starting to wear on the edges. i was advised by tiresplus that all 4 tires needed replacement. the steel belt was coming through the tread. these tires only had 20k miles on them for a 2 year old vehichle. which 20k is under the national average for mileage on a vehicle. i'm so lucky that these tires didn't blow out due to the steel belts coming through while i was driving them. i contacted the car dealership on a few occasions and they never responded to me. thank you |
