| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My vehicle was in park, and my 8-year-old daughter closed the front passenger door from outside the car. the side airbag deployed for no apparent reason. i have contacted volvo, and they inspected the car on sept. 5. they promised to give me a full report along with a decision on whether or not they would pay for the repair within a week. it's been almost three weeks, and they still have not supplied the report or a decision despite several phone calls that i have made to them. they say that they will gladly pay for the repair if it's their fault, but they continue to put me off and seem to be looking for an excuse not to cover the cost of repair. nlm |
