Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The abs light came on. when i turned the car off, the engine would not turn off. i found out later that it was the abs system and i had to remove the fuse. when i took my car into the dealership they new exactly what this was and he went on to tell me that they had 3 of the same problems yesterday and 1 more that morning. after doing some investigation i noticed that a lot of 1999 rodeos also have had the same problem. i was extremely lucky that my car was still under warranty. otherwise i would have had to pay 325$ for the new abs system + labor. i find it hard to believe that they are not recalling this part after so many people having the same problem with there abs. this needs to stop! if your car acts the same as mine did, check out the 1999 rodeos and 1999 passports. all have of them have the same problem. it is about time isuzu did something about this problem!!! nlm
