| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The entire brake system failed. we were on a 7% incline and proceeding at 20mph. there was construction in the area and we were in a long line of vehicles. the only thing that saved our lives or serious injury was the ability to manually downshift to almost stop the vehicle. there were zero brakes and upon getting to the side of the road the air assit did complete the stopping but the downshifting had us near zero mph anyway. dt |
