| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I marcie beebe was traveling down lee summit road, northbound, at 35 mph. i was traveling down a hill and approaching a corner, when i applied my brakes. at that point, my brakes locked up and i was not able to steer the car after that point. i cross into the southbound lane striking a car and into a ditch where my car was stopped by a street sign. i noticed my car was not running were there any lights on indicating my car was still had power. i detect my brakes locked up and this is why i lost ability to steer, causing this misfortunate accident. dt |
