Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Took jeep to dealer to fix the emergency brake. (recall) the same day of service while driving @55mph, in 5th gear, rear brakes locked up. it's no longer has a complete transmission,(it's stuck in one of the gears, no 1st or rear, and no neutral unless clutch is pushed in. took it to dealer that did the recall. they said it was our problem. the brakes shouldn't have locked, and wouldn't cause transmission to fail. the brakes were no longer locked when dealership/mechanic looked at it 2 days after the incident. (there were two dark skid mark on pavement where it happened. dt
