| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Winshield wiper stopped when switch turned to high power under terrible conditions pouring rain, going through construction site, no breakdown lane. wipers were frozen in a non-parralel position, switch unresponsive and visiblity was 0. managed to get off highway and was assisted by a gentleman who pushed the wiper blades down. then tried switch and it worked. wipers have worked since and repair dealer (crowley) was unable to duplicate failure. crowley replaced wiper arm system but they are unclear as to what happened and consequenlt if the problem is solved. lack piece of mind now about driving and needing wipers afraid they might fail again when most needed. dt |
