| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My car was parked on the right had side of the road, front wheels turned towards the curb. i turned on the ignition, put the car into drive and it accelerated out of control over the sidewalk and up into a front yard, slowing down over a bonsai tree. i shifted the gears into reverse and the car accelerated backwards, still out of control (brakes didn't work) until it crashed into a tree on the sidewalk and came to a halt. i had a passenger and 2 other witnesses but honda say they can not "duplicate" the acceleration problem. dt |
