Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I owned a honda accord 2000 ex model. we bought from dealer as new.5 years ago, the srs light came on. we took to the dealer in atlanta georgia (before we moved to california), their service attitude was extremely bad. and told us that we need to paid for our diagnostic fee and could cost us $1,500 to fix it i was extremely mad and called honda corporate office in torrance. they were very bad too. we took it to the dealer in orange county, california. the service was outrageous bad. the srs concern the deployment of airbag and should be a lifetime warranty. after extensive research, i found out that so many honda accord owners have the identical problem. we suggest nhts make this case with honda and ask them to put this issue as lifetime warranty honda north america is very bad. *jb |
