Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer's 2 year old adoptive child's top portion finger was fratured due to the seatback folding down on it. when notified the dealer indicated the parts must have been put in backwards when replaced from the recall (97-v-037-000 manufacturer id# 97000). the replacement pieces are plastic. nlmcovers for pinch hinge points, right front seat, were not well constructed and failed. replaced at cost. *jg |
